21.-22.9.2008

Mobility: Teachers visit Finland and learn about the school and education system in Orivesi (Finland). Teachers meet to learn the use of ICT tools and. learning environment (Moodle).

Activity: Students write introductory letters in the learning environment. Students start their blogs.
The project home site is created for publishing news and results.

 
11 / 2008 Activity: Students make videos introducing their own school.  
12 / 2008 – 01 / 2009 Activity: Students describe Christmas celebrations in their countries and write about winter festivals and carnivals. They record a Christmas carol (Silent Night) and Jingle Bells in their native language. They record one original song from their wn country. Students’ reports, photos and the Christmas carols as mp3 files or video clips are published in the project home site and learning environment.  

16.-21.2.2009

Mobility: Teachers visit Greece and learn about the school and educational system in Kozani. It is the most appropriate time to visit Greece to learn about the winter festivals or carnivals. They have the chance to discus their experience on the implementation on different ICT tools in classroom teaching.

03 – 05 / 2009 Activity: Students observe changes in their environment caused by the advancing spring. They report about temperature and climate, plants and animals, flora and fauna. Students and teachers gather or write proverbs, rhymes or poems and songs about spring. Students’ reports, drawings, writings and photos are published in the project home site.  
11.-16.5.2009 Mobility: Teachers visit Martina Franca and learn about the school and education system in southern Italy. Teachers share their experience and evaluate the results of the first year cooperation. Teachers make an excursion to the countryside. Italy
05 – 06 / 2009 Activity: Students and pupils prepare end of term exhibitions to show the results of the project for the local authorities, parents and other interested parts.  
09 – 10 / 2009 Activity: Students present their countries home towns. They prepare tour guides describing their home towns and countries containing basic facts about each country. The tour guides are published in the project home site.  
10 / 2009 Mobility: Teachers visit the Czech Republic and learn about the school and education system in Šumperk (the Czech Republic). Teachers are guided by Czech students and follow the route in the tour guide and see the sights. Czech Rep.
11 / 2009 – 01 / 2010 Activity: Students write down recipes of their typical national dishes and delicacies. They cook their meals, take photos of them and share their experiences in Moodle forum. Recipes and photos are published in the project home site.    
02 / 2010 Mobility: Teachers visit Turkey and learn about the school and education system in Konya (Turkey). They bring special delicates from their countries for European feast. Each participant prepares one typical dish and teaches the others how to cook it. Turkey
03 – 04 / 2010 Activity: Students prepare Power Point slide shows containing presentations of one writer, composer, musician, historical figure, sportsman/sportswoman and fairy tale of each participating country.  
05 / 2010 Mobility: Teachers visit Poland and learn about the school and education system in Dywity. Teachers prepare the final report of the project and evaluate the results. They will also discus the various ways of how to disseminate the experiences achieved and results of the project. Poland
05 – 06 / 2010 Activity: Students and pupils prepare end of term exhibitions to show the results of the project for the local authorities, parents and other interested parts.  

Top
